Obino is a mobile app that offers a dedicated health coach, personalised diet and fitness plans, and includes app tools that notifies the user of their fitness routine. Most of the content is customised according to the user, with the help of AI built by the company, and also on the user’s medical history. The nutritionists check on the content before it is shared and also they give additional remarks, if required. For the personalized fitness part, the users are consulted on call and then the nutritionists put together a plan.
