Hi there! Have you ever wondered how you can become more productive?
I have too and after about 16 years in the corporate and startup sector, I’ve realised that the answer is counter-intuitive. You become more productive by being less productive – work-life balance. Just like any machine, our bodies and our minds need time to rest and recoup. But if you expect to be productive and churn out stellar work day after day, then you need to give yourself a break. And you need to give your mind a break too.
So let’s take the next weekend and make sure that when we switch off from work, then we really switch off from work. So that when we go back monday morning, then we’re all charged up and ready to be super-productive! Works for you?
